I’ve always had problems sleeping a normal schedule. Every two weeks I’ve gone from sleeping at night, to sleeping during the day. This happens regularly, regardless of diet, exercise or being forced into a schedule (9-5 work). If I’m forced into a schedule, then I’m just really tired for a week, or I do what I figure most folks do and I would catch up on my sleep Saturday and Sunday. Combined with the comical amount of stress the last year I spent before going to work for DI full time, I found myself way out of shape. So a few weeks ago I decided to buy a nice heavy duty treadmill that I’m happy to use at any hour of the day in my office.

So far I’ve been using it around 40 minutes a day, sometimes twice a day, in the morning and evening. I’m really happy with the treadmill with the exception of a missing screw for the right handle that came out of the package due to issues with the shipping company. I’ve been told a replacement will be sent but I haven’t heard from anyone since I called last week. I also decided to get some new comfy shoes and went with some Nike Shocks, with Nike ID because I was in a funny mood at the time.
